About the event

Laura Donatelli Bow is a graduate of Indiana University’s School of Global & International Studies. Mrs. Donatelli Bow concluded her thesis on the aid provision to refugees & asylum seekers fleeing war-torn Syria from 2014-2015. She dedicated her academic career on the study of human rights & their violations, provision of services to not only refugees but victim & minority groups as well as foreign languages. She worked with refugees both in the US & abroad as a volunteer & interpreter which helped her broaden her experiences. 

Prior to joining the Indiana Trafficking Victims Assistance Program, she worked for the Tippecanoe County Prosecutor’s Office as a translator in criminal cases, aiding in interpretation & translation for victims & families. Ms. Donatelli Bow is passionate about human trafficking & its intricacies, empowering youth & research & serves as IPATH’s Labour Trafficking Committee Co-Chair.
