The purpose of ICWA is to foster public understanding of world conditions and U.S. foreign policy through forums, lectures, conferences and publications.
About the Council
The Indiana Council on World Affairs is a not-for-profit, non-partisan organization founded in 1955. Activities are administered by a volunteer group in cooperation with local institutions. We welcome new members. Guests are also welcome to attend our programs; but, pay a slightly higher charge.

What's New...
07/27/2010- We will kick off our 2010-2011 season with our September 15th Distinguished Speakers series featuring Andrews Exum from the Center for New American Strategy in Washington D.C. He will be discussing his experiences in Afghanistan. For a bio and reservation information click here.
Our October Speaker will be Abe Denmark for the Center for New American Security and he will discuss his recent trip to Japan and his view of their recent presidential election.
